Delivery policy

We deliver across Pune, and only Pune. If your address sits outside the city, checkout will not offer you a slot yet.

Pick your slot in the bag before you pay. We hold it, and the box leaves the shop so that it reaches you inside that window.

Everything is baked to order, so the earliest slot we can offer depends on what you have chosen. A large cake usually needs a day. You are told that in the bag, not after you have paid.

The driver rings the number on the order when they reach your gate. If nobody comes down, they wait, ring once more, and then bring the box back to the shop. Call us and we will send it out again in the next free slot that day where we can.

Cream cakes travel cold and should go straight into your fridge. Take one out twenty minutes before you cut it. Cookies, brownies and breads keep at room temperature in the box they came in, and taste best the same day.

Nothing leaves the shop before 10am or after 10pm — the counter has to be open to hand a box to a driver. Order late at night and the first slot the next morning is yours. Every day, 10am – 10pm, no exceptions.

If a box does arrive damaged or late, the refund policy covers it: tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we refund the affected items in full.
