Delivery policy

We deliver within Pune: Pune PIN codes (those beginning 411 and 412). Checkout asks for the PIN code of the delivery address and will not take a delivery order for a PIN we do not serve.

Choose a date and a time slot at checkout. A slot that is fully booked, past its order cutoff or too soon for your bag is shown but cannot be chosen, with the reason beside it.

While you pay, your slot is held for you for 20 minutes. Once the payment is confirmed it is yours.

Everything is baked to order, so the earliest slot depends on what you have chosen: a large cake can need a day. Checkout only offers slots that give the kitchen enough notice for your bag — you see that before you pay, not after.

The driver rings the number on the order when they reach your gate. If nobody comes down, they wait, ring once more, and then bring the box back to the shop. Call us and we will send it out again in the next free slot that day where we can.

Cream cakes travel cold and should go straight into your fridge. Take one out twenty minutes before you cut it. Cookies, brownies and breads keep at room temperature in the box they came in, and taste best the same day.

Nothing leaves the shop while it is closed — the counter has to be open to hand a box to a driver. Order late at night and checkout starts you at the first slot that leaves the kitchen enough notice. Kitchen hours: Every day, 10am – 10pm.

If a box does arrive damaged or late, the refund policy covers it: tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we refund the affected items in full.
