The registered legal name of the business is not published yet, so this notice stands in the trading name. It will appear on our compliance page once it is.
What we own
The words on this site, the photographs of our bakes, the illustrations, the page layouts and the code behind them belong to Magic Oven.
So do the name Magic Oven, the line Baking Happiness, and the logo. Nothing here is in the public domain, and none of it carries an open licence.
Photographs are the part that gets lifted most often, so they are worth naming twice.
What you may do
- Save a photograph for yourself, print a page, or send a link to a friend. There is no need to ask.
- Quote a sentence or two of our writing, so long as you name Magic Oven and link back to the page you took it from.
- Show the site on screen when you are recommending us to somebody.
What you may not do
- Copy our photographs into your own menu, listing, storefront or feed.
- Reuse our writing as your own product descriptions or about page.
- Scrape the site. Automated collection of our pages, prices or images is not allowed, and neither is training a model on them.
- Use our name, tagline or logo in a way that suggests we baked something we did not.
- Sell anything that carries our marks.
Marks that are not ours
Some names on this site belong to other people: Razorpay, UPI, Visa, Mastercard, and the browsers and phones you read us on. We name them to explain how the shop works. Their marks stay theirs, and nothing here claims otherwise.
Report an infringement
If something of yours has ended up here without permission, tell us. We take it down while we check, and we come back to you.
Tell us four things: the page it is on, which part of it is yours, how you know it is yours, and how to reach you. Ring the shop, or come by and ask for the person on the counter.
Press enquiries reach us the same way. Ask, and we will send you photographs you are welcome to publish, with a credit line.
