Everything is baked to order, so the earliest slot depends on what you have chosen, and a large cake usually needs a day. Nothing leaves the shop before 10am or after 10pm, so an order placed late at night starts with the first slot the next morning.

No. Everything is baked in one small kitchen in Kondhwa Khurd that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and egg every day, on the same surfaces and in the same oven, so no bake can be called allergen-free. If an allergy in your house is serious, call us on +91 80878 65251 before you order.

Everything is baked fresh each morning and the counter is open 10am to 10pm. Cakes are finished by hand, so piping, colour and height vary a little from one to the next, and seasonal fruit follows the market.

Cream cakes travel cold and should go straight into the fridge; take one out twenty minutes before you cut it. Cookies, brownies and breads keep at room temperature in the box they came in, and taste best the same day.

Food leaves our hands fresh, so Magic Oven does not take returns, but we do refund. If a box arrives damaged, late or not as described, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we refund the affected items in full — no return needed.

Bento cakes are made to order and personalised, so they can only be refunded if we get them wrong.

The Oven Club is three standing orders, billed a month: Petit ₹499, Grand ₹899, Maison ₹1,599. Grand takes 10% off everything in the shop and delivers free; Maison takes 15% off. You can cancel any week.

Membership boxes can be paused up to 48 hours before dispatch. A skipped box is refunded to the card that paid for it, usually within three working days.
